Among all memories we retain from childhood, one memory that out-stands most is how new books smell, how we treasured pencils, erasers and sharpeners. Our journey towards good, neat to perfect handwriting is vivid of them all. Some of us have the best and there are those whose handwriting is compared to a 'chicken scratch'. Despite the knuckle beatings, impositions and endless cursive writing woes, we managed to do well and most chicken's are successful medical practitioners. We each cherish our moments of proudly announcing, "here's my signature'

     On the road from a conventional to an imperative online learning today,  we surpassed different stages. Upskilling involves various levels and degrees of commitment and resultant advantages to it.
